How the date is chosen

Article 9 of Directive (EU) 2023/970: 250 or more workers report on 7 June 2027 and then yearly; 150 to 249 report on 7 June 2027 and then every three years; 100 to 149 report on 7 June 2031 and then every three years. Below 100 workers, Article 9 reporting does not start. Where the status snapshot is draft, unpublished, or only partial, the page keeps that Directive baseline and says national law pending.
