Method
Gap % = (male average − female average) / male average × 100, for the mean and for the median. Quartiles split the counted workers into four equal-count bands from lowest pay to highest. The 5% flag uses Directive (EU) 2023/970 Article 10's difference of at least 5%. Informational only.
